Wash and cook sweet potatoes

After the cooked sweet potato is cut in the middle, hollow out the middle with a spoon so as not to leave any holes

Slice the sausages and place them on the bottom and sides of the sweet potatoes

Crack in a whole egg without breaking it, then add a few green beans, preheat the oven to 180 degrees, and bake for 20 minutes. If you like the eggs to be tender, you can adjust the time

After baking, sprinkle with a little parsley powder, or other seasonings, depending on your preference
