Dice chicken and oyster mushrooms (forgot to take pictures)

Add light soy sauce and cornstarch and mix well

Cut green onion, ginger, and dried red pepper into small pieces and set aside

In a bowl, add oyster sauce, light soy sauce, sugar and a little salt to make a sauce

Fried peanuts until crispy and cooled

Heat the oil in the wok and add the diced chicken

Stir-fry until cooked and add diced king oyster mushrooms

Stir-fry for a while

Add the sauce and stir well

Add onion, ginger, dried chili segments and peanuts, stir-fry evenly and serve
