  1. Dice chicken and oyster mushrooms (forgot to take pictures)

  2. Add light soy sauce and cornstarch and mix well

  3. Cut green onion, ginger, and dried red pepper into small pieces and set aside

  4. In a bowl, add oyster sauce, light soy sauce, sugar and a little salt to make a sauce

  5. Fried peanuts until crispy and cooled

  6. Heat the oil in the wok and add the diced chicken

  7. Stir-fry until cooked and add diced king oyster mushrooms
