Stir-fried pork slices with potatoes and kelp
Overview
Use braised pork belly with my family's favorite kelp, potatoes, and garlic sprouts. It's a nutritious and delicious meal! (The pork belly was braised together with yesterday’s chicken gizzards)

Slice potatoes and kelp.

Braised pork belly slices.

Cut garlic sprouts into sections.

Slice onions, garlic, and millet pepper.

Heat the cold oil in the pan, add the onion, garlic, millet pepper and a spoonful of bean paste and saute until fragrant.

Stir-fry the bean paste until fragrant, then add the pork belly and stir-fry.

After two or three minutes, add potatoes and kelp and continue to stir-fry.

After the potatoes are cooked, add garlic sprouts, a little sugar (to enhance freshness, not too much) and a little salt (you have already put bean paste in front, just a little salt), stir-fry and remove from the pan.
