Fried Sweet and Sour Pork Ribs
Overview
Don’t ask me why it’s called fried sweet and sour pork ribs, because too much oil was added~~~~but it’s an unexpected surprise

Ingredients
Steps
-
Boil water, add ginger, salt, cooking wine
-
Add the pork ribs and blanch them to remove the fishy smell
-
Blanch the ribs and set aside. It seems that the word "blanch" is wrong, so I'll make do with it
-
Pour in oil, add Sichuan peppercorns, and rock sugar, wait until the rock sugar melts
-
After the rock sugar has melted, add the spareribs and cook over low heat
-
Add onion, ginger and garlic, stir-fry
-
Add water to cover the ribs, then cook over high heat, cook, cook
-
If bubbles appear during the cooking process, pop them off.
-
When the water is almost boiled, pour in the mixed sugar and vinegar. You can add less sugar because you also added rock sugar before
-
Remove the juice from the fire
-
At the end of the day, the water dried up and the excess oil came out, so I fried the sweet and sour pork ribs. The color was not that good originally, but the result was very fragrant and great.
