Our own flour also produces good bread---"Whole Wheat Meal Bread"
Overview
Last time I went back and got some home-ground whole wheat flour from my husband's house, I was still worried when I took it. Is it possible to knead it into a thin film? It was only after I tried it that I realized it was an unexpected surprise. It was so good that I made toast bread and this meal bag. Of course, I have selfish motives for making meal buns. Firstly, it is cold when eating breakfast outside. Secondly, it is the New Year holiday to save money. Thirdly, I cannot eat sweets for breakfast. This is the only way to accept the inclusion of eggs in the buns. Served with milk tea, eggs and ham, this meal package tasted delicious.
