Prepare a piece of soft tofu and a sharp kitchen knife.

Pour a kitchen knife with water, but do not wipe it dry. Cut the tofu into about 1 mm thick.

The cut tofu slices should be evenly thick from top to bottom.

Cut one piece after another, right next to each other.

Keep cutting until the end, and you can often pour water on the kitchen knife in the middle.

Use your left hand to smooth the cut tofu slightly and flatten it.

Then cut the tofu slices into tofu shreds of even thickness.

When picking up the tofu shreds with a kitchen knife, start from the bottom along the tofu shreds.

In this way, the tofu shreds will not break or break. If they are turned horizontally, they will break easily. Put the tofu shreds in a bowl with light salt water.

Rinse it gently and replace it with a bowl of water. At this time, the shredded tofu will be very refreshing and the soup will be more delicious.
