Overview

I usually like to eat scallion pancakes. When I first saw this recipe, I immediately wanted to try it. It was really crispy and delicious. The original recipe used pork belly, but I used ordinary minced meat, which is not greasy at all. I also added the sesame and pepper salt powder left over from making sesame seeds before. It is so delicious

  1. Knead the flour with half boiling water and half cold water into a relatively soft and smooth dough, cover it with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes

  2. Pork diced or minced

  3. Put oil in the pot, fry the minced meat until golden brown, fry out the oil, and scoop out the meat residue and lard respectively
