bag of hairtail fish that was frozen the previous year and thawed for later use.

Add 1 tablespoon of salt, some cooking wine, green onions, ginger and five-spice powder and mix well, marinate for 20 minutes, remove and dry and set aside.

Heat a pan, add some oil over medium-low heat and start frying the fish.

Fry one side until brown, then fry the other side.
