Steps

Wash and dice mushrooms, potatoes, carrots and green peppers and set aside

Remove the mustard and set aside

Chop garlic and garlic leaves and set aside

Chop the pork and set aside (it is recommended to use pork belly, fat or lean, for better taste)

Add oil to the pot, sauté garlic until fragrant, add pork and stir-fry evenly, then add potatoes, green peppers, shiitake mushrooms, carrots and mustard cubes in turn, mix and stir-fry.

Stir-fry until half-cooked, then add salt, oyster sauce, and light soy sauce, and stir-fry until evenly distributed.

Finally add garlic leaves, stir-fry and serve.
