Tomato Pimple Soup
Overview
I love this. It’s sour and appetizing. The key is that it’s chewy and fragrant. Even my husband who doesn’t like pasta can eat two plates, haha~

Steps
-
Cut tomatoes into cubes and mushrooms into slices and have them ready~
-
Remove the stems from the cabbage and tear it into slices~
-
Put a little oil in the pot and quickly stir-fry the cabbage for a few times and scoop it out~
-
Add 3 tablespoons of high-gluten flour in a bowl, slowly add water and stir until it looks like the picture. You can stir it in half an hour in advance, which will make it more chewy~
-
Add more oil to the pot than usual for cooking, add onion, ginger, garlic and chili and stir-fry until fragrant~
-
Add tomatoes and fry until soft and rotten, so that the soup becomes sour and thick ~
-
Add the mushrooms, appropriate amount of salt and stir-fry for a few times~
-
Add water and cabbage and bring to a boil~
-
Hold the bowl in one hand and slowly pour the batter into the pot, and stir quickly with chopsticks in the other hand. Forgive me for not being able to take pictures~

This is stir-fried gnocchi. I personally think it tastes better than the kind of stir-fried noodles~
-
Because I prefer eating larger dumplings, I cooked them for a while longer to avoid them being undercooked. Haha~ It’s almost ready. Finally, pour the egg liquid on it, and then sprinkle with chopped green onion and coriander when it’s out of the pot~

Remove from the pan and plate ~
