Cream fruit cake
Overview
# colorfulfruit# I bought a 1L box of whipping cream. I wanted to make cookies and bread, but after I opened it and made cookies twice, I put it in the refrigerator because I was busy with other things. Anyone who has ever baked knows that whipping cream is not easy to store after opening; so what should I do? Hey: Thinking that my birthday is coming soon, I decided to make a birthday cake as a treat to myself. This way I can not only digest the whipping cream, but also learn how to decorate flowers. It is also a rare opportunity for me who have never been good at decorating flowers. Due to the relatively high temperature that day, coupled with the poor stability of Nestlé cream and my own craftsmanship, the finished cream cake was a bit ugly, but fortunately it still tasted very good~~~

Steps
-
Prepare the ingredients, the cake embryo needs to be baked in advance and allowed to cool.
-
egg yolks + 15 grams of sugar, mix well, add milk + cooking oil, mix well, sift in cake flour and mix well, the egg yolk paste is ready, set aside; 4 egg whites + 40 grams of sugar + a little salt & lemon juice, beat with a whisk until stiff peaks form, take 1/ 3. Mix the egg whites into the egg yolk batter evenly. After mixing, pour it back into the egg white bowl and mix it into a fine and smooth cake batter. Pour into 2 molds, shake them a few times and put them into the preheated oven at 140 degrees. Bake for 60 to 70 minutes. Remove and invert to cool.
-
Unmould the cooled cake and cut it into three equal pieces with a knife, set aside.
-
Clean the prepared strawberries and mango, cut them into small cubes and set aside 6 strawberries.
-
In a basin, pour 500 grams of whipping cream and 50 grams of white sugar.
-
Use a whisk to beat until smooth.
-
Take a piece of cake embryo and place it on the decorating table, spread a layer of whipped cream with a spatula.
-
Spread the strawberries and diced mango evenly on top.
-
Cover with the second cake pan.
-
Continue to apply a layer of light cream. If you like cream, you can apply it thicker.
-
Add another layer of diced fruit.
-
Finally, cover the third piece of cake embryo on top.
-
Apply a layer of light cream as well, it doesn’t matter if it’s uneven.
-
Beat the remaining cream again with a whisk, pour it into a piping bag equipped with a flower nozzle, and then pipe it onto the cake base in any pattern.
-
Cut the remaining strawberries in half, insert them between two roses for decoration, and finally sprinkle with colored chocolate candies to garnish.
