Stir-fried sausage with pickled cabbage
Overview
The large intestine is delicious but not greasy, so I add some pickled cabbage and chili to make it sour and go well with rice.

Cut red peppers. Cut the green garlic and chive roots into sections, and chop the garlic leaves and green onion leaves. (Garlic and onions cut together)

Cut the sauerkraut and sausages.

Add oil to the pan and sauté the red pepper, green garlic roots and onion roots until fragrant.

Add soybean paste, dark soy sauce and oyster sauce and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add the sausage and stir-fry for a while.

Add sauerkraut and continue stir-frying for another two to three minutes.

Finally add chopped garlic leaves and scallion leaves, drop in sesame oil and serve.
