Amber quail eggs
Overview
I made tiger-skin eggs a few days ago, and yesterday I found this amber quail egg in an old cookbook. I have been competing with all kinds of eggs in the past two days. The fried quail eggs are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. They are fragrant and delicious. One bite at a time. I can’t stop eating them.
