Overview
I used a cooking method to make the soy milk and boil it, then put it in a rice cooker. Then I put 3 grams of fat powder into the pot and stirred it evenly. Then I turned the rice cooker to keep warm. After 10 minutes, a pot of fresh tofu curd was ready. I used the amount of 150 grams of dry beans.
