Grilled winter melon
Overview

Wash and peel an appropriate amount of winter melon and cut into large thick slices;

Reduce the juice over high heat until the soup is slightly thick, add sesame oil and stir-fry evenly;

Sprinkle with chopped green onion and stir-fry evenly;

Finally add some chicken essence, turn off the heat and stir-fry evenly. You don’t need to add chicken essence if you have taboos, but you can add a little salt if the taste is heavy.
