Braised Duck with Pineapple

Wash and cut two large duck legs into small pieces.

Add a tablespoon of cooking wine and an appropriate amount of pepper and marinate.

Prepare 3 star anise, wash and cut ginger, onion and garlic, peel and cut pineapple into small pieces.

Take a small bowl, add the soybean paste, oyster sauce, light soy sauce and salt in the seasoning, mix well and set aside.

Add appropriate amount of oil to the pan and sauté ginger, onion, garlic and star anise until fragrant.

Add the duck pieces and stir-fry until the duck pieces are oily.
