Yellow rose steamed buns
Overview
While steaming bean paste buns, I also made some steamed buns. Because there was not enough bean paste, I steamed yellow rose steamed buns, which are very beautiful.

There is no pumpkin at home, so I use pumpkin powder for baking to add some color to the dough and make it look better. Mix the flour and pumpkin powder, add the liquid mixture of warm water and yeast powder, and finally make a smooth dough. Of course, you can also give these materials to the bread machine and start the dough mixing process.
-
Cover and let ferment for more than an hour. When the volume has doubled, take out the dough and knead it thoroughly to deflate it.
-
Roll into long strips and shape into pieces.
-
Roll into a round shape and press flat.

Roll into round shape.
-
Stack five or six pieces neatly together and roll them into a cylindrical shape to make a stamen.
-
Roll it up evenly and cut it in the middle to form two roses.
-
Place the steamer in a steamer and let it rest for 20 minutes for secondary fermentation.
-
After steaming, steam over high heat for 20 minutes, then turn off the heat and wait for two to three minutes before opening the lid.

Serve on a plate.
