Tomato Sauce Pork Floss Bread Rolls
Overview
I haven’t used up the bag of meat floss I bought last time, so I used it to make this meat floss roll today. I found that it is very convenient to make this shape. You can just roll it into a long strip and cut it into small sections. You don’t have to shape each one!

Steps
-
Mix all the ingredients in the main ingredients and knead until the dough becomes chewy and reaches the expansion stage. Then wrap it up and cover with plastic wrap to ferment
-
Ferment until about 2~3 times in size
-
Take out the dough and knead it evenly to remove the air, then let the dough rest for 10 minutes, then roll the dough into a square thin crust
-
Spread tomato sauce on the dough, be careful not to apply
-
Then spread it evenly with a spoon
-
Spread a layer of pork floss over the tomato sauce
-
Roll it up from bottom to top, tighten the opening
-
Then cut into equal portions
-
Place the cut side up and place it in a paper tray to ferment again
-
After fermentation is completed, brush with a layer of egg wash, sprinkle with some white sesame seeds, and put it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees, middle layer, and it will be ready in about 15 minutes!
