White Rabbit Bean Paste Bun
Overview
I have wanted to make cute bunny buns for a long time. In fact, it is not as difficult as imagined. It is filled with sweet bean paste filling, and the babies at home are reluctant to eat it!

Add water, yeast and flour into a dough, then cover with plastic wrap and ferment until doubled in size

Take it out, knead it to release the air, and roll it into a long strip

Cut into equal portions

Then roll each portion into a ball and let rest for 10 minutes

Roll each portion into a round shape with a thick middle and thin edges

Wrap in bean paste filling

Shape into an oval

Cut out the bunny ears

Cut red beans in half to make rabbit eyes

After everything is done, brush a thin layer of oil on the steamer, put the green dough on it, and let it rise for about 45 minutes (in winter)

After the dough has risen, add cold water to the pot and steam over medium heat for about 18 minutes
