Open the package of seaweed jelly, take half of the jelly and cut it into pieces.

Clap the cucumber a few times with a knife and cut into small pieces.

Cut the small red pepper into sections with a diagonal knife, tap the garlic with a knife and chop it into pieces, and cut the green pepper into pieces.

Combine all ingredients in a basin.
