Ingredients: crab, ginger slices, green onions, curry cubes

Clean the crabs.

Cut on the chopping board and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan, add ginger slices to the pan.

Then, add the sliced crabs and add appropriate amount of cooking wine.

Stir fry.

Then, put in the curry cubes and add appropriate amount of water.

Boil until cooked.

Then, add an appropriate amount of light soy sauce.

Add appropriate amount of salt.

Season and stir well.

Finally, add the green onions and that’s it.
