Since I got to know the world of gourmet food, I have fallen in love with the kitchen and even more with baking. I even bought an entry-level oven and started my own baking journey! This is my first time making an orange Swiss roll!

Prepare the above ingredients, sift the flour and mix the egg yolks well.

Add lemon juice to the egg white liquid, add sugar in three batches, and beat until dry peaks form.

Add white sugar to warm water and stir until it dissolves. Add salad oil, add flour, stir until there are no particles. Add egg yolk and stir to form a fine egg yolk paste. Fold in the egg white just now in three batches.

Cut up and down and mix evenly, pour into a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper and knock out any bubbles.

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees, middle rack for 25 minutes,

Take out the inverted buckle, tear off the oil paper, after cooling, apply a layer of McCormick orange sun-flavored jam, roll it up and set it.

Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour before cutting.
