Cut the prepared mushrooms, dried shallots, green onions, ginger, and coriander as shown in the picture

Chop the chicken legs into pieces (I like to chop them into smaller pieces, which are easier to cook and more flavorful)

Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry ginger, shiitake mushrooms and dried onions until fragrant.

Then put the chicken legs together and fry until they change color

Finally, add oyster sauce, soy sauce, and salt and stir-fry together. Add 1/4 bowl of water and simmer. When the water boils, add it and simmer on the pot of the induction cooker. 800 is enough and simmer for 10 minutes. Stir fry during the process, otherwise it will stick to the pan
