Pour the minced garlic, soy sauce, cumin powder, white wine vegetable oil, and pepper into the mutton slices and marinate for 10 minutes

Add green peppers, onions, scallions, and tempeh into the pot and sauté until fragrant, until the tiger skin peppers are cooked, remove from the pot and set aside
