First prepare all the ingredients, chop the ribs into pieces, sesame seeds, red yeast rice, etc.

Blanch the spareribs until they bleed

Sauté onion, ginger, garlic, bay leaves, and dried chili until fragrant

Put the spareribs into the pot and stir-fry

Add soy sauce and salt and stir-fry; pour in appropriate amount of water

Pour the fried ribs into the casserole, then add an appropriate amount of rock sugar
