Overview
Pearl meatballs, a dish loved by people all over the country, is actually very simple to make at home. A little mushroom is added to the meat filling, which is salty, soft and glutinous. It tastes really good.

Chop the pork into minced meat, soak the glutinous rice for more than 3 hours in advance, and soak the dried mushrooms in advance

Add salt, light soy sauce, cooking wine, and 1 spoon of water to the pork filling and mix well in one direction

Then add shiitake mushrooms and starch and mix well

Roll the mixed meat filling into small balls, then roll on a layer of glutinous rice

Place into the rice cooker steamer

Select Steam, 20 minutes
