Leek box
Overview
Leeks are the most delicious this season, fragrant and tender. I don’t usually buy them for eating. This is the first time I have made a leek box. I added some diced spring bamboo shoots. The texture is a bit crispy, the skin is thin and the fillings are abundant. It is very successful and delicious.
