Carrot noodles with oyster sauce
Overview
Although I am from the south, I also love to eat pasta. I will make noodles, dumplings or steamed buns every now and then. I usually use ordinary flour to make noodles, but this time I used special noodle flour to make the noodles more elastic. The noodles with carrot puree are rich in nutrients and the color is beautiful!

Peel and cut carrots into pieces
