Prepare the ingredients (I forgot to pat the flour).

Chop the lean meat and marinate with salt, oil, wine and soy sauce. Wash the leeks and dry them.

Pour an appropriate amount of flour, add salt, put the water under the faucet and stir it up with chopsticks.

Knead the dough into a medium soft and hard dough. Cover with a damp cloth and let it rest for half an hour.

Roll out into dumpling wrappers.

Chop the dried leeks and add to the meat and mix well.

Take a dumpling wrapper, fill it with a spoonful of filling, and wrap it into the shape you like.

Put a little oil in the bottom of the pot and place the wrapped dumplings one by one.

Fry until the bottom is slightly browned, pour a bowl of cornstarch gravy on top. Cover and simmer until the water dries up.

Finally sprinkle with chopped green onion and sesame seeds.
