Please wash the mold and wipe it dry without any water droplets!

Take half of the egg white and add it to the egg yolk batter and mix evenly!

Then pour the mixed egg yolk paste into the remaining half of the egg whites and stir evenly, then shake out the air bubbles. I haven't shaken it yet~

Apply a thin layer of oil inside the mold to facilitate demolding!

Pour the egg yolk batter into the mold and preheat the oven from 210° for about five minutes to 160° for 25--30 minutes!

After baking, take it out and flip it upside down immediately!
