Chixiang Pulled Pork Corner Pancake
Overview
I learned the Zhixiang Pulled Pork Biscuit from a food program on TV. I improved the method I learned and combined it with the pulled pork burger of a certain fast food. I integrated my own innovation and combined Chinese and Western cooking methods into this biscuit.

Prepare the raw materials: cook the pork in advance and chop the onion;
