-
Soften the butter and heat it over water until it melts
-
Soak the gelatine in water until soft, use about 20 grams of water
-
A bag of Oreo biscuits, with 2 to 3 pieces left for later use. Pack them in plastic bags and break them into pieces (originally I wanted to remove the white center, but I didn’t save it, so it’s not bad)
-
Place chopped Oreos into a bowl of melted butter and mix well
-
Boil matcha powder with 20 grams of boiling water, stir evenly without particles, and cool down
-
Place the chopped Oreos into a 6-inch grinder and press until solid
-
Beat the cheese with a whisk until there are no lumps
-
Add sugar to the light cream and beat with a whisk until it becomes yogurt-like
-
Pour the matcha and yogurt into the cheese and stir evenly, then add the melted gelatine and stir
-
Then pour it into the whipped cream and stir
-
Sprinkle some honey beans on the Oreo cake base
-
Pour the liquid into the grinder. It was a bit much, so I took a small grinder to break apart the remaining two Oreos and insert them
-
Put it in the refrigerator for more than four hours, sift matcha powder on the surface, and use powdered sugar to make patterns
