Soak the beef tenderloin in water to remove blood and cut into strips. Add 1 spoon of cooking wine, 1 spoon of light soy sauce, pepper, a little oyster sauce, egg white and dry starch and mix well. Finally, pour 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, mix well and marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

Wash the tea tree mushrooms, blanch them in a pot of boiling water, remove and drain. Shred the green and red peppers, mince the garlic slightly, and shred the green onion and ginger.

Pour oil into the pot, add beef tenderloin and fry until it changes color, set aside.
