Steps
-
Prepare the ingredients
-
Pour 300 grams of high-gluten flour, 165 grams of milk, 1 egg, 10 grams of milk powder, 4 grams of salt, 15 grams of sugar, 4 grams of matcha powder, and 4 grams of yeast into the bread machine (put the phonetic yeast on top, do not put it with the salt or milk) and start the dough kneading program
-
Then add butter and knead the dough into a smooth dough, then put it in the oven to ferment until doubled in size
-
During the fermentation process, you can make cream cheese. Add 30 grams of sugar to the cheese, heat over water and stir continuously until the sugar and cheese are completely mixed
-
Add cranberries and mix well
-
Take out the fermented dough and tap it gently to deflate
-
Divide the dough into 10 portions of about 60 grams, roll into balls, cover with plastic wrap and rest for 20 minutes
-
Then take out a piece of dough and roll it out flat, wrap it in about 50 grams of filling, and pinch it tightly
-
Place on a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper
-
Use scissors to cut small cross-shaped slits on the top and put it in the oven for the second fermentation, about 1 hour
-
Finally, preheat the oven to 180 degrees and leave the middle and lower racks for 15 to 18 minutes until you see even coloring
