Pumpkin Braised Pork Ribs

Peel the pumpkin and cut into large pieces.

Appropriate amount of boiled peas.

The right amount of braised pork ribs. If the ribs are raw, they need to be blanched, the stewing time needs to be extended to 40 minutes, and then pumpkin and pea sprouts are added, otherwise the ribs will not be easy to separate from the bones.

Heat an appropriate amount of oil in a pot, stir-fry ginger, garlic, Sichuan peppercorns, and dry red pepper.
