Overview
The lettuce is grown in the suburbs by the parents of the community owner, and the quality is very good. I made pancakes from the tips of the lettuce leaves, fried the stems, and made 3 dishes from one lettuce~

Peel the lettuce.

Cut the green onions into sections, slice the ginger and garlic, and slice the lettuce.

Slice the chicken breasts, add some water, marinate with salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce, and thirteen spices for 10 minutes, and finally coat with starch.

First heat the pan and pour oil. The oil temperature is higher. Stir-fry the chicken breasts over high heat. Only by removing them quickly can the meat be kept fresh and tender. There is no time to take pictures at this step.

Leave the oil in the pot and sauté the onion, ginger and garlic until fragrant.

Pour in the lettuce slices, stir-fry, add half a bowl of boiling water, turn to medium heat and cook for a while.
