Take appropriate amount of sushi vinegar. If you don't have it, you can prepare it yourself. The ratio is salt 1: sugar 2: vinegar 2. You need to melt the three.

Start making sushi: roll out the bamboo curtain roll and put a piece of plastic wrap on it.
