Chive egg pancake

Overview

Leeks are the leaves of the Liliaceae plant, a perennial root vegetable. Leeks have a water content of up to 85% and low calories. They are an excellent source of iron, potassium and vitamin A, and a general source of vitamin C. It has always been known as the most meaty dish. Leeks are rich in vitamins. The beta-carotene in a bunch of leeks is just enough energy for a day, but the vitamin C is only one-third of the daily intake. It has strong antibacterial properties and can inhibit and kill Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Shigella dysenteriae and Typhoid bacilli. It can keep internal organs warm and activate various functions of the body. Leeks contain a lot of crude fiber and are not easily digested by the gastrointestinal tract. People with gastrointestinal ulcers should not eat it.
