April 7, sunny. The sun shines brightly outside the window on the 12th floor, and a gentle breeze passes through my bedroom and into the living room. This is the warm sunshine of spring. On the last day of the long vacation, I stayed at home and watched "One Piece" and "Crayon Shin-chan", and then watched the sci-fi horror action and plot, and the time passed like this. I also enjoy such leisure and freedom. —— Even if I have to start work again tomorrow and have a lot of films to review, fortunately, I am just reviewing films.   1. Peel and shred potatoes, soak and set aside.

  2. Wash the coriander and cut it into sections about the same length as the shredded potatoes and set aside; slice the onion and garlic, and cut the millet and pepper into rings.

  3. Heat oil in a cold pan, add onions, garlic, Sichuan peppercorns, millet and pepper and stir-fry.
