Stir-fried ham and pepper
Overview
The aroma is so fragrant that water comes out of your mouth. Eat two bowls of rice first and lose weight tomorrow. Hahaha

Wash the ham and put it in the pressure cooker. Add water to cover the meat, bring to a boil and cook for ten minutes. Remove and set aside. The water used to cook the meat can be reserved for making soup without adding salt.

Cut ham into slices and set aside.

Cut the peppers diagonally.

Cut the garlic and ginger into small pieces.

Turn on low heat and add oil when the pot is dry.

Add ginger slices.

Add ham and stir-fry.

Add oyster sauce and stir-fry.

Add a little MSG and stir-fry.

Add chilies.

Change to high heat and stir-fry quickly.

The peppers are ripe.

Add the garlic, stir-fry for another thirty seconds, turn off the heat, and remove from the pan!
