There is some filling left over from wrapping the wontons. Beat two eggs and wrap them up.

Add salt to the sliced meat and chop into small pieces.

Add onion, ginger and soy sauce and mix well. This is the meat filling left over from making wontons.

Beat two eggs.

Beat until you can't pick it up with chopsticks.

The egg liquid is beaten.
