Delicious donkey meat steamed dumplings
Overview
I heard people say dragon meat in the sky and donkey meat on the ground to describe the deliciousness of donkey meat. We have never seen dragon meat, but donkey meat is available. In order to make it more delicious, I made steamed dumplings with thin skin and big meat. The soup that naturally flows out when cooked makes me greedy when I look at it, and it tastes more fragrant when I eat it. It is so delicious!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare the raw materials (I forgot to put the leeks in the picture)
-
Cut the donkey meat into fillings and mince the leeks. Put the donkey meat in a small pot, add five-spice powder, soy sauce, salt, and blended oil respectively and stir clockwise. After stirring, let it sit for a while to allow the seasoning to absorb the flavor. Then add the leeks and stir. Stir evenly and set aside
-
Prepare the flour and mix it with warm water until it becomes slightly soft.
-
Knead into a smooth dough and let it rest for ten minutes
-
Divide the dough into evenly sized dumplings (about two and a half dumplings)
-
After rolling it into a round dough, start filling it with filling (stir the filling clockwise while filling it)
-
Wrap it well and put it in a cage. After boiling water over high heat, put the cage on the pot and start steaming, about 25 to 30 minutes
