Pour about 1/3 bowl of water to make a paste
-
Pour a small amount of cooking oil into the wok, pour in the prawns, and fry both sides of the prawns over medium heat. Visually check that the meat and shells of the prawns are separated and they are already eight ripe.
-
After turning the heat from medium to high, pour in the egg yolk paste and spread it evenly with a spatula.
-
Fry the egg yolk paste over high heat, remove the water, add minced garlic, minced green and red pepper, a few drops of light soy sauce for color, then add white pepper powder/black pepper powder/cumin powder/salt and pepper powder (any one, if it is cumin powder, just a small amount, excessive cumin powder will take away the sweet fragrance of the salted egg yolk, be careful).
