Mala Cake~~Children’s favorite Chinese cake. English name: Cantonesespongecake is a traditional Cantonese tea house snack. The texture is not as soft as cake, almost like a cake, but it has the aroma of cake. Definitely the best choice for morning tea and afternoon tea. Cordyceps powder in brown sugar mala cake has ten major functions: antibacterial, immune modulation, anti-cancer, nourishing the kidneys, increasing adrenal cortisol content, anti-arrhythmia, anti-fatigue, expectorant and asthmatic, and sedative and hypnotic.
