Thaw the corn kernels and peas at room temperature, rinse them and blanch them in a pot of boiling water for about 1 minute. Remove and drain. Cut the carrots into cubes the size of corn kernels and chop the green onions into finely chopped pieces.

Do not put oil in the pot, add pine nuts and slowly fry over low heat until they change color, mature and fragrant. Pour out and set aside (skip this step for cooked pine nuts)

Pour a little oil into the pot, add chopped green onions and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add in diced carrots and stir-fry until cooked.

Pour in corn kernels and pea kernels and quickly stir-fry evenly.

Add salt and sugar and stir well, then add pine nuts and turn off the heat.

Remove from pan and plate.
