Braised Jinchang Fish
Overview
Recently, my children are always clamoring to eat fish, so I bought a piece of Jinchang fish, which weighs about a pound. It has few spines and is very suitable for children to eat.

A Jinchang fish.

Cut rhombus flower knife.

Add oil to the pot. Fry the fish on both sides to color it, I forgot to take a picture.

Chop onion, ginger and garlic.

Add onion, ginger, half of the garlic, soy sauce, sweet and sour cooking wine, sesame oil and sesame oil to the pot.

Add a little water. Simmer until the juice is reduced. Add the other half of the garlic.
