Fried eggs with garlic
Overview
The first time I ate garlic sprouts was when a Sichuan friend came to my house for dinner two or three years ago. I asked her what she liked to eat because she usually doesn’t cook it. Because it was summer, she asked me to buy some stir-fried pork with garlic moss and chili pepper, so I realized that this thing was quite suitable for me. Since then, I will often buy garlic moss during the season.

Prepare ingredients.

Clean the garlic moss and cut it into sections about 2-3 cm long.

Crack the eggs into a bowl, add a pinch of salt and a few drops of water and set aside.

Heat the oil in the pan, pour the eggs into the pan, and stir constantly with chopsticks.

Scramble the eggs into small pieces and set aside.

Add a little more oil to the pot, add the garlic and stir-fry. Fry the garlic until the surface becomes wrinkled, add a small amount of water and simmer for about half a minute.

Add the eggs and stir-fry a few times.

Finally add appropriate amount of salt and soy sauce to taste.
