Garlic Mushrooms
Overview
Shiitake mushrooms are really natural treasures. They are delicious and can be used in stir-fry, soup, and roasting. I remember going to a buffet barbecue with my classmates when I was in college. We just stared at the mutton skewers and mushroom skewers. In the end, we found that the two of us had eaten nearly thirty skewers of mushrooms in total, which scared the waiter. Haha, no matter whether you go out for barbecue or barbecue by yourself, mushrooms are definitely a must-have ingredient, but grilled ones are not very healthy. There are too many diseases in today's society, and most of them are introduced through the mouth, so we have to pay attention to what we eat. If you like grilled mushrooms, the same goes for baking them in the oven! @aca North American Electrical Appliances, don’t you think so?

Steps
-
Wash the mushrooms and use scissors to cut off the stems of the mushrooms. You can trim off a little more.
-
Peel and mince the garlic. Here I will teach you a way to remove the skin of garlic. It is only suitable for minced garlic. That is to cut off some of the tail of the garlic, and then flatten it with the back of a knife. The skin can be easily removed!
-
Chop the garlic into mince, mince the millet into small dices, and chop the green onions into finely chopped pieces.
-
Heat oil in a pan, add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant. Add a spoonful of oyster sauce over low heat.
-
Stir-fry evenly, add 3 tablespoons of water, add 1 tablespoon of pepper, and bring to a boil.
-
Add 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, spicy millet and chopped green onions into the pot.
-
Stir fry evenly.
-
Use a spoon to stuff the stir-fried garlic into the mushrooms, and place the mushrooms on a baking sheet lined with tin foil.
-
All done.
-
After preheating the upper and lower tubes of the aca oven to 200 degrees, place the mushrooms and bake for 8 minutes.

Let’s eat. I just added too much spicy millet. It’s so spicy and so refreshing, haha
