Tiramisu cookies
Overview
The filling tastes great, rich tiramisu flavor~~ Ingredients: Cookie dough: 113g butter, 70g caster sugar, 30g egg liquid, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, 200g low-gluten flour, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/4 tsp salt. Filling: 60g mascarpone cheese, 13g butter, 42g powdered sugar, a little coffee powder, 1/2 tsp coffee wine Surface decoration: 10g fine sugar, appropriate amount of cocoa powder

After the butter is softened at room temperature, add the caster sugar

After stirring evenly by hand, use an electric egg beater to beat until the color becomes lighter and the volume expands

Add egg liquid in portions and beat evenly

Then add vanilla extract and continue beating well

Sift in the mixture of cake flour, baking powder and salt

Mix well and knead into a ball

Divide the dough into small portions weighing 15g and roll into balls

Press into a round cake with your hands

Arrange them one by one on the baking sheet

Then put the baking sheet into the middle rack of the preheated oven, 175 degrees for about 15 minutes

Stir evenly and the stuffing is ready

Put the prepared stuffing into a piping bag

Squeeze an appropriate amount of filling on the back of the cooled biscuits
