Mix glutinous rice flour and cornstarch in a small bowl

Add sugar to hot water around 60 degrees Celsius and stir until melted

Knead the dough into a medium soft and hard dough and cover it with plastic wrap to prevent the surface from drying out

Divide the bean paste into 15g pieces, divide the glutinous rice balls into 30g pieces, and roll them into balls

Place small rice dumpling leaves in the steamer and apply a little vegetable oil on the surface. You can also use small pieces of oil paper cut out
